4. Infrastructure & On-Site Security

Because of the highly sensitive nature of our work, we employ strict confidentiality protocols. Our technicians arrive in unmarked vehicles when requested. Digital records of scenes are secured using encrypted, server-side file management to isolate and secure all client image directories. Access to the underlying database is restricted to authorized administrators and the specific property owner or management group associated with the service address.

Upon verification, we will execute the complete removal of the targeted files from our primary hosting directories, except where retention is required by law.
